INSTRUCTOR
Classical and American Legends Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello, Guitar and Early Childhood Music.
Description—The Center for Young Musicians is a highly-regarded, private music school in its 14th year, with two locations, Wexford and Sewickley, near Pittsburgh, PA.
Duties—Teach students ages 2-18 in various methods. Perform regularly for the school and in the community.
Qualifications—A Master of Music is required. Candidates with experience in developing early childhood music literacy skills and leading such classes are preferred. A minimum of 3 years teaching experience required.
Salary—Competitive hourly salary based on experience. Faculty meetings, recitals and special events are also paid. Company benefits, including health, life and disability, and a company retirement plan, are available.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Location—CYM has two locations, Wexford and Sewickley—both are near Pittsburgh, PA.
Purpose of Position—Administrative and Sales support for a well-established music school.
Minimum eligibility requirements—Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Applicant must have computer experience, must have experience in office administration, and experience in retail sales, accounting, and/or marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of the school.
- Provide customer service.
- Increase enrollment.
